SOF Connect’s kind service extends also to crews who are properly attended to with care and consideration. They are facilitated with a dedicated lounge in Terminal 1 and direct access to the apron.
Crews can spend the time before and after flight relaxing in a calm and comfortable environment, with refreshing drinks and snacks as a minimum gesture of courtesy to them.
They are assisted in their pre-flight arrangements with available:

- Connection to the METEO and NOTAM services
